David Przenioslo's journey is a testament to resilience, entrepreneurship, and a deep commitment to family. Born in Poland, David's early years were shaped by the rich culture and traditions of his homeland. However, at the age of 4, his family made the life-changing decision to relocate to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future.

For most of his life, David called Mississauga home, immersing himself in the vibrant Canadian landscape and multicultural community. It was here that his entrepreneurial spirit began to flourish, as he ventured into the world of construction business, starting and successfully running multiple ventures.

At the age of 27, David made another pivotal move, this time to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, further expanding his horizons and seeking fresh challenges. Little did he know that another significant chapter awaited him in the picturesque landscapes of Nicaragua.

In November 2020, amidst the uncertainty and chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic, David, along with his family of 5 and their faithful companion Ghost, made the bold decision to relocate to Nicaragua. Motivated by a desire to escape the grip of the pandemic and forge a new path, they embarked on a journey of discovery and transformation.

Family:
David's family has grown in numbers and love since their relocation to Nicaragua. With the addition of two more precious babies, they now proudly raise four boys and one girl, creating a bustling and joyful household filled with laughter and love.

Professional Journey:
David's professional journey took a new turn upon his arrival in Nicaragua. Inspired by a video by Jeff Berwick on YouTube, David found himself drawn to a new mission – to help individuals and families find freedom from external constraints and live life on their own terms.

He began his Nicaraguan chapter by joining ECI Development, where he played a crucial role in assisting others to realize their dreams of living in a place of serenity and tranquility. However, driven by an unwavering commitment to his own aspirations and the desire to make a greater impact, David recently decided to embark on a new path.

With a vision to empower individuals to break free from societal norms and pursue their dreams, David set out to establish his own venture, determined to make a difference in the lives of others.

David's ultimate goal is clear – to help as many people as possible break free from the constraints imposed by external agendas and reclaim their freedom for themselves and their families. Through his entrepreneurial endeavors and unwavering commitment to his values, David seeks to inspire others to live life on their own terms, guided by principles of autonomy, self-determination, and resilience.

With a rich background spanning over 24 years in the construction industry and a track record of successfully managing multiple businesses, I bring a wealth of expertise and insights to the table. Leveraging this extensive experience, I am currently spearheading the development of our inaugural condominium project in the vibrant locale of San Juan Del Sur.

With Entrepreneurial tendencies from a very young age, Anthony would find himself chasing down the milkman for a job. After picking fruit in his mother’s backyard, he would go knocking on doors to sell these products to create an income.

With a one-way ticket to Japan at age 15, and $500 in his pocket, he began to chase his dream of becoming a professional snowboarder.

That dream soon turned into reality and was lucky enough to travel the globe and represent top contracts with companies such as Oakley and Burton Snowboards.

Spending his 20s as a professional snowboarder, he honed his marketing and communication skills. This leads him to co-found a lifestyle snow & skate brand. This allowed Anthony to spend time visiting factories in China and networking with the brand globally.

Since then, Anthony has been involved in multiple successful start-up projects around the globe. This has allowed him to immerse himself in a wide spectrum of industries such as; Fashion, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Construction, Property and Development.

A calculated risk taker, Anthony is not afraid to take risks and jump in the deep end to achieve any goal or vision set on the table.

Based between Latin America and New Zealand, Anthony is now a driven Entrepreneur and athlete focused on his property and development projects.

With over 12 years of experience residing in San Juan Del Sur, I have extensive knowledge in this field and can provide valuable insights and guidance. Currently, I am involved in managing, selling, and developing real estate in the area.

I am here to unveil the harsh reality we find ourselves in.
